Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, build relationships, drive adoption, and hit territory sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience, strong clinical acumen, and exceptional communication skills. This is a fully remote, field-based role with up to 60% travel; salary range $130,000–$165,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
