Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch our first commercial product in an assigned region. You will educate healthcare providers on the science, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while achieving sales goals.

This fully remote role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% within the territory. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales are preferred, with launch experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and disease state.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Travel up to 60% within territory.
