Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for lateral attorneys on a fully remote basis. You will partner with firm leadership, manage postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers while ensuring due diligence and compliance.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, 3+ years in professional services with law firm recruiting experience, and strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required, JD preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm; law firm recruiting/training/marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement lateral attorney recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn Recruiter and third-party boards; screen resumes.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain status updates in the database.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and external search firms.
• Collaborate with leadership to finalize offer terms and ensure due diligence.
