Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process for lateral attorneys. The role works fully remote and collaborates with firm leadership to source, screen, and hire attorneys, while supporting law students as needed, and ensuring due diligence and proper offer letters.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 3+ years in a professional services environment with recruiting or marketing exposure, and strong written/oral communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm, ideally in recruiting, training, development, or marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute full lifecycle lateral attorney recruiting.
• Draft and post job postings; manage postings on job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews; maintain candidate records.
• Collaborate with leadership and DEI to identify industry trends and Mansfield certification data.
• Assist with onboarding, budget, and recruitment metrics.
