Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a professional services firm, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Mansfield certification and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD preferred; commensurate experience acceptable.
• 4-year degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm, law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate full lifecycle lateral attorney recruiting and hiring.
• Draft and maintain postings; manage postings on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and ensure due diligence and offers.
