Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to coordinate the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruiting from intake through offer acceptance. The role supports law student recruitment as needed and works fully remote.

You will draft postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data, and advise leadership on terms and due diligence. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; JD preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm; law firm recruiting/marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruiting from intake to offer.
• Post and manage positions on job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and track status in the recruiting database.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and external recruiters.
• Collaborate with leadership and DEI teams on recruitment trends and Mansfield certification.
• Assist with onboarding integration and materials for new hires.
