Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to coordinate the full lifecycle for lateral attorney recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer terms, and coordination with firm leadership. This role is fully remote and requires 3+ years of experience in professional services recruiting, preferably in a law firm.

You will partner with the Director of Legal Recruiting, DEI leadership, and Onboarding to manage postings, candidate databases, and relationships with search

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; JD preferred or commensurate professional/educational experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm; law firm recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of lateral attorney recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance; draft postings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records, monitor progress, and communicate with candidates and external recruiters.
