Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruiting. This fully remote role collaborates with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and drive offers to top candidates.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and ensuring due diligence with offer letters. A 4‑year degree is required, JD preferred, and 3+ years in a professional services firm is desirable.

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree required; JD preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm; law firm recruiting/marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lateral attorney recruiting and hiring processes from intake through offer acceptance.
• Draft and post job postings; manage LinkedIn Recruiter and third‑party boards.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.
