Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; JD preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in a professional services firm; law firm recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral attorney recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
• Draft and post job postings; manage LinkedIn Recruiter and third‑party boards.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain tracking in the recruiting database.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and external recruiters throughout the process.
• Collaborate with leadership to finalize offer terms and ensure due diligence.
