Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solution Engineer - LATAM to join our client’s enterprise technology team. This remote role partners with sales to guide technical evaluations and craft solutions that resonate with prospects across Latin America.

You will own the technical strategy, lead discovery sessions, design demonstrations, manage proof-of-concept work, and support deployment during evaluations. Native Spanish and fluent English are required; Portuguese is a plus, and travel across LATAM is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales).
• Native Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture and pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes.
• Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Work with customers on logs, metrics, traces, and cloud environments.
• Identify technical risks and guide customers to successful decisions.
