Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales across LATAM and the Eastern US. Remote-first role requiring fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, with 3–5 years in enterprise monitoring or event management and 1–2 years in SaaS sales engineering.

You will demo the platform, run proof-of-value projects, engage with customers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years in enterprise monitoring and event management in large-scale environments.
• 1–2 years in a SaaS or software vendor sales engineering role with proven success.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and ability to explain AI impact on IT operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and monitoring in dynamic cloud environments.
• Experience integrating ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) with monitoring tools.
• Comfort with Python and JavaScript and with complex web app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead potential customers toward business outcomes achievable with the BigPanda platform.
• Deliver product demonstrations with storytelling in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-value projects showing value delivery.
• Promote the solution at field events and speaking engagements.
• Stay updated on BigPanda solutions, AI trends, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with sales partners to advance opportunities within client accounts.
• Work with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Demonstrate passion for sales engineering and customer engagement.
