Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a Senior In-House Recruiter to own sourcing, screening, and hiring for its LATAM-based, fully remote team. You will drive full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing digital marketing agency, building a scalable pipeline and ensuring high-quality hires.

Working directly with the founder, you’ll shape recruiting processes, engage passive talent, and leverage AI tools to accelerate hiring across marketing and technical roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit.
• Ability to manage recruitment pipelines, interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-up independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English for interviews and communication with U.S.-based leadership.
• Based in Latin America and able to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake to successful hire.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Build talent pools and maintain follow-up.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate assessments and role-specific tasks when applicable.
• Present qualified candidates with clear evaluations and evidence-based recommendations.
• Maintain candidate records, pipeline stages, and next steps.
• Partner with the founder and automation team to streamline recruiting using AI and automation.
• Provide proactive status updates and meet deadlines.
