Job summary

AI Digital is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across LATAM, focusing on digital marketing roles such as media buyers, planners, strategy managers, and programmatic specialists. You’ll source, screen, interview, and close top talent.

You will build a scalable LATAM pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and drive process improvements while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience with a focus on digital marketing roles.
• Experience hiring across LATAM markets.
• Fluent English (C1) for cross-geography collaboration.
• Solid sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Proactive and autonomous: own your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for LATAM: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Build and scale a LATAM talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Drive process improvements to speed up hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience reflecting AI Digital values.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on interviews and evaluations.
• Contribute to TA initiatives like AI tools in recruiting, branding, and training.
