Job summary

Handoff is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for LATAM roles focused on U.S. clients. You will own sourcing through offer and handoff, raise hiring standards, and collaborate with leadership to scale the recruiting function.

You will coach recruiters, design and implement SOPs and structured evaluation frameworks, and drive metrics across pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential as you’ll work with U.S. clients and LATAM candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, including at least 2 years running full-cycle searches independently.
• Experience leading a recruiting team — managed, coached, or directed recruiters.
• Built recruiting processes from scratch: SOPs, workflows, evaluation frameworks, documentation.
• Hands-on recruiting in LATAM markets, especially Colombia.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience presenting candidates to and managing expectations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles across LATAM — from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Run outbound sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, not just review inbound applicants.
• Screen and present candidates using structured evaluation instead of gut calls.
• Manage client-side communication: intake calls, candidate presentations, interview coordination, feedback loops.
