Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is hiring an Inside Sales professional to drive outbound outreach and qualify opportunities across the LATAM market from anywhere in the United States. You’ll engage accounts, move deals through the pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

You will leverage ABM strategies, maintain CRM accuracy, and participate in incentive-based pay structures. A dynamic team culture and extensive benefits support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of proven Inside Sales or quota-carry sales experience in LATAM market.

Responsibilities

• Make 30+ outbound calls daily to generate and qualify opportunities and grow pipeline.
• Use account-based strategies to identify contacts and create opportunities.
• Research target accounts to inform outreach and engagement.
• Take ownership of deals from engagement to completion and ensure a positive prospect experience.
• Manage multiple opportunities and maintain momentum across stages.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams on account strategies.
• Coordinate with channel/ecosystem partners to identify joint opportunities and drive deals.
