Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Customer Service Expert for phone support (LATAM) on a contractor basis. Location: Remote, LATAM. Schedule: 4 × 5-hour shifts/week, up to 20 hours/week, supporting US-based clients and contributing to AI training.

You will make and receive calls, manage appointments and confirmations, and document outcomes. Fluency in English, exceptional communication, and reliability are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment.

Qualifications
