Job summary

The role involves webinars, labs, office hours, and on-demand sessions with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Renewals Managers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong plus. Remote work with a globally distributed team in the US, Mexico, and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Technical background in software development or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting DevSecOps tooling and post-sale advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance for adopting GitLab workflows (SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning).
• Deliver webinars, labs, office hours, and on-demand sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex topics clearly in writing and live sessions; manage multiple engagements asynchronously.
