The role is remote, US-only office access, requiring strong cybersecurity knowledge, bilingual communication, and a proactive mindset to drive regional growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of presales experience in cybersecurity/SaaS.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge to discuss threats and architecture with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Organized and able to manage multiple engagements across time zones.
• Collaborative mindset with sales teams and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear product demonstrations to LATAM stakeholders in Spanish.
• Answer technical questions and address regional compliance concerns.
• Lead POV engagements, set up trials, and show measurable results.
• Participate in sales calls to uncover technical pain points and environments.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex scenarios appropriately.
• Support Account Executives with technical perspectives in deal planning.
• continuously learn about product and cybersecurity trends.
