KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the LATAM region. This role bridges technical features and business value during sales conversations, delivering Spanish product demonstrations and guiding prospects through POV engagements.

You will collaborate with LATAM Account Executives, answer complex security questions, and help regional customers understand how our solution fits their needs. This is a remote US-based opportunity with LATAM focus.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 1+ years of presales experience or equivalent technical-sales background.
• Technical foundation in cybersecurity and related IT concepts.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex tech to business value.
• Organized, ownership-driven, and able to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demos in Spanish for LATAM stakeholders.
• Technical Support: Answer technical questions and address compliance or architecture concerns.
• Proof of Value Execution: Lead POV engagements with trials and measurable results.
• Customer Discovery: Identify technical pain points and capture necessary information.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Sales Collaboration: Help translate customer needs into product solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training and grow product and security knowledge.
