Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator for a fully remote role based in LATAM. You will support sales administration, quote management, and project documentation while coordinating equipment shipments with multiple vendors.

Key responsibilities include preparing quotes, tracking orders, and maintaining organized project files. Strong English, organization, and independent work are essential to succeed in this US-facing position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, operations support, logistics coordination, or related admin roles.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, email, and cloud-based document systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate proactively.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with U.S.-based teams, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and organize customer quotes using pricing and project specs from leadership.
• Track quote requests, deadlines, revisions, and responses.
• Ensure quotes are reviewed, finalized, and delivered on time.
• Maintain records of open quotes, questions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fill missing information.
