ABB is seeking a Large Customer Account Manager to lead strategic sales across the Great Lakes region. This remote role focuses on defining and executing a sales plan for products, systems and services to drive order growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

You will coach a sales team and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to maximize market penetration. Ideal candidates hold engineering/marketing/business degrees with 5–7+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience (engineering/marketing/business)
• Senior level allowed for highly qualified candidates
• Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Senior OEM Account Management and people management experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Great Lakes territory
• Lead and coach the Sales organization to achieve targets in products, systems and services
• Communicate delivery, payments, terms in line with ABB strategy
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and drive market penetration
