Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership for language services across the system and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Manages quality monitoring and improvement initiatives for translation and interpretation services.
• Establishes relationships with management, staff and medical personnel to serve LEP and deaf/hard of hearing.
• Designs activities to promote Translation and Interpretation Services within the health system.
• Develops budgets and monitors variances with the director.
• Oversees training and professional development of staff; handles performance reviews and HR actions.
