• Drive strategic planning for language services across the system.
• Ensure quality monitoring and improvement of translation and interpretation services.
• Foster relationships with management, staff, and medical personnel to support LEP and deaf/hard of hearing patients.
• Promote translation and interpretation services across the health system.
• Develop budgets with the director and monitor expenditures.
