Responsibilities

• Direct multi-region language services operations across assigned areas.
• Develop and manage managers through coaching and performance management.
• Set strategic direction aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive quality standards, compliance, and patient experience.
• Oversee interpreter management and scheduling coordination.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and service line integration.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and business cases for expansions.
