Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Laboratory, scientific, or analytical instrument sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Comfortable working independently.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new laboratory service opportunities.
• Prospect laboratories across pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, environmental, clinical, and industrial sectors.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Schedule customer meetings and presentations.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical service engineers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent SymetrixLabAI professionally at customer sites and industry events.
