Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Remote Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple union-represented accounts nationwide. You’ll lead contract negotiations, administer CBAs, manage grievances through arbitration, and liaise with union officials while ensuring NLRA compliance.

This role requires regular multi-state travel and strong independent judgment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in labor relations, a relevant degree, and certification in SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive labor relations experience, including direct bargaining and arbitration management.
• Experience independently managing labor relations for multi-site, multi-state union portfolio as sole practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Lead collective bargaining for new contracts, renewals, and re-openers across union accounts; track expiration dates and negotiate terms.
• Manage grievance and dispute resolution end-to-end, including arbitration and strategy with counsel.
• Serve as primary liaison to union locals and business agents; support labor-management committees and RFIs.
• Ensure NLRA and state law compliance; respond to charges and regulatory inquiries with legal counsel.
• Train managers on contract compliance, grievance avoidance, and just-cause disciplinary processes; develop tools and templates.
• Provide regular leadership reporting on labor metrics and help shape enterprise-wide strategy.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
