Job summary

V2X Inc seeks a Corporate Labor Relations Manager to lead strategy and execution of labor relations initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, legal, and operations to maintain positive union relationships, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in labor relations, with expertise in contract negotiation and NLRB/SCA processes. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration, and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Experience leading collective bargaining or contract administration.
• Familiarity with grievance procedures, NLRB processes, and labor law compliance in government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBAs negotiation preparations and delivery while ensuring NLRA, SCA compliance and protecting organizational interests.
• Collaborate with Finance, Benefits and Pricing to develop labor cost models and economic proposals.
• Partner with HRBPs, Operations, Legal and Contracts to align labor strategies with enterprise goals.
