Compass Group USA is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to drive strategic labor objectives and manage CBAs across multiple sites. You will educate employees, support arbitration, and advise operations on compliance with policies and agreements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in labor relations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel 40%+; bilingual capability is a plus. This role offers career growth within a leading foodservice company in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business, or HR; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in labor relations within a unionized, multi-site environment.
• Experience negotiating multiple CBAs with cost-competitive outcomes.
• Disciplinary and grievance investigations and arbitration prep.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel 40%+; residency in geographic support region preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Labor Objectives: identify and implement objectives aligning with goals.
• Union Partnership & Education: educate employees on labor issues and policies.
• CBA Negotiation & Management: plan, develop strategy, and execute agreements.
• Grievance and Arbitration Oversight: manage processes and participate in proceedings.
• Internal Consultation & Training: advise on CBAs and labor relations best practices.
• CBA Administration: administer multiple CBAs concurrently.
• Employee Relations Support: train management on CBA compliance.
