Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Corporate Labor Relations Manager to lead strategic labor relations initiatives in the United States.

You will partner with HRBPs, legal counsel, and business leaders to promote positive union relationships, ensure NLRA and SCA compliance, and drive continuous improvement in labor relations practices. You will analyze labor trends, develop cost models with Finance, and lead grievance investigations with a focus on data-driven decisions and ethical standards in a government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Familiarity with grievance procedures, NLRB processes, and labor law compliance in government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBA negotiations and ensure NLRA and SCA compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, legal, and leaders to support labor strategies.
• Analyze labor data to identify trends and risks.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within the labor relations team.
• Maintain knowledge base of CBAs, cases, and schedules.
