Job summary

V2X is seeking a Corporate Labor Relations Manager to drive labor strategy, negotiations, and compliance across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, legal, and operations to advance labor relations programs and improve contract administration.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven labor cost modeling, and adherence to NLRA/SCA requirements in a government contracting setting. Strong ethics and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Experience leading collective bargaining or contract administration.
• Familiarity with grievance procedures, NLRB processes, and labor law compliance in government contracting.
• Experience in government contracting, aerospace, or defense environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic labor relations initiatives across the enterprise.
• Promote positive union relationships and ensure compliance with NLRA and SCA.
• Collaborate to develop labor cost models and economic proposals for negotiations.
• Lead grievance investigations and advise management with legal partners.
