Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Remote Labor Relations Manager to oversee union accounts nationwide.

The role leads bargaining, contract administration, grievance handling, and compliance across multi-state sites while traveling as needed. The ideal candidate is an experienced sole practitioner with expert negotiation and advisory skills, capable of training managers, shaping enterprise-wide strategy, and partnering with legal counsel to navigate NLRA law and union relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive labor relations experience including negotiating CBAs.
• Experience independently managing labor relations for multi-site, multi-state union portfolio as sole practitioner.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiator for new contracts, renewals, and re-openers across all union accounts.
• Manage grievance procedure end-to-end through arbitration; coordinate with outside labor counsel.
• Serve as primary liaison to union locals and business agents; lead or support labor-management committees.
• Ensure NLRA and state-law compliance across jurisdictions; respond to ULPs and NLRB filings.
• Train site managers and frontline supervisors on contract compliance and disciplinary processes.
• Provide regular reporting on labor relations metrics and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
