Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Labor Relations Manager to develop and implement labor relations strategies, partnering with legal counsel and advising leadership on union matters across North America.

You will lead bargaining support, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage grievances and investigations, and build strong labor‑management relationships while traveling as needed. Remote/on-site flexibility is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Admin, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or JD preferred.
• 6+ years in labor relations, employee relations, or employment law, or equivalent experience in operations in tradeshow industry.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute labor relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a primary liaison to union partners and manage bargaining negotiations.
• Interpret contract terms and ensure consistent application.
• Oversee grievance procedures, investigations, and arbitrations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Provide guidance to managers on discipline, performance, and terminations.
• Develop and deliver relevant training and maintain records of agreements.
