Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasingly responsible employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side.
• Familiarity with federal and state court practice, EEOC, DOL and other agencies.
• Litigation duties: pleadings, discovery, motions, EEOC matters, settlements.
• Collegial mindset, collaboration with experienced lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation and handle discovery and pleadings.
• Draft motions and respond to EEOC investigations and charges.
• Negotiate settlements and manage case strategy across matters.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to share resources and best practices.
