The salary ranges from $135,000 to $170,000 based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Experience practicing in a law firm is preferred.
• Experience with matters covered by EPLI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling administrative charges and employment litigation.
• Collaborating with partners and other attorneys on client work.
• Conducting legal research and drafting litigation work product.

Skills

Strong background in employment law matters

Substantial experience working with administrative agencies

Significant experience handling state and federal court employment litigation

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Education

JD from an ABA accredited law school

Licensure in one of the target states
