Qualifications

• Minimum six years of employment law experience.
• Experience with federal and state administrative agency charges.

• Experience representing clients in hearings and/or mediations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compelling and strategic position statements.
• Respond to agency information requests.
• Lead mediations and settlement negotiations remotely.
• Communicate directly with clients and administrative agencies.
