The role requires 5+ years of employment litigation with federal and state court exposure, EEOC/DOL experience, and a bar license in the home state. You’ll draft pleadings, manage discovery, and engage in settlements while avoiding billable-hour pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side.
• Familiarity with federal and state court practice and with EEOC/DOL.
• Litigation experience: drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Collegial, cooperative approach with experienced lawyers.
• Desire to work on exciting matters without full-time billable obligations.
• Strong time management skills and flexible workflow.
• Active bar license in the home state and one Seyfarth maintains an office in.

Responsibilities

• Draft responsive pleadings and manage the discovery process.
• Handle EEOC charges, defend investigations, and prepare position statements.
