Qualifications

• Experience in federal and state court practice, and administrative agencies.
• Ability to handle EEOC charges, mediations, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drafting responsive pleadings and handling the discovery process.
• Defending clients in investigations and representing them in mediations.
• Working on matters without the demands of a full-time position.
