Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist who will oversee the company’s labor compliance program across projects nationwide. The role can be remote or based full-time in our office in San Diego, CA, with interview discussions detailing location expectations.

The position requires seven years in labor compliance within the construction sector, solid knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication skills to coordinate audits, training, and investigations.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
Knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations.
Familiarity with construction industry contract types and language.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the labor compliance program across the company.
Oversee internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
Monitor laws and regulations affecting labor compliance and adopt best practices.
Investigate identified compliance issues in partnership with leadership.
Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries.
Develop and deliver labor compliance training and awareness.
