Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will advise clients on a wide range of workplace and human capital matters. Core duties include:

• Advising clients on employment law issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, and workplace policies.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising employment agreements, employee handbooks, and corporate policies.
• Handling administrative charges and agency matters (e.g., EEOC, DOL, and state/local agencies), including preparing position statements and strategic responses.
• Counseling on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (such as wage and hour, discrimination, and leave laws).
• Supporting or managing employment-related disputes, including pre-litigation strategy and coordination with litigation teams.
• Conducting or advising on internal investigations involving employee complaints and workplace misconduct.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following professional criteria to be considered:

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Preferred: Prior experience handling administrative charge processes and direct agency interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $122,000.00 to $220,000.00 per year (final pay based on skills and experience).
