Larson Maddox, a leading legal recruitment firm, seeks a talented Labor & Employment Attorney for a fully remote, full-time role within the United States. Ideal candidates have a J.D., active bar status, and 5+ years in labor and employment law, with a focus on high-impact, sustainable workload management.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of workplace matters, draft policies, manage agency matters, and participate in internal investigations to uphold compliant practices.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Preferred: experience handling administrative charge processes and agency interactions.

Mansioni

• Advise on employment law issues including hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, and workplace policies.
• Draft, review, and revise employment agreements, handbooks, and corporate policies.
• Handle administrative charges and agency matters (EEOC, DOL, and state/local).
• Counsel on wage-hour, discrimination, and leave laws compliance.
• Support or manage employment-related disputes and pre-litigation strategy.
• Conduct internal investigations involving employee complaints and misconduct.
