Job summary

Elite Talent Consulting is recruiting a Remote Counsel specializing in Employment Law for a national labor & employment law firm. This is a fully remote, employer-side practice with no business development expectations and a billable requirement of approximately 1,500 hours.

Responsibilities include handling administrative agency matters (EEOC, DOL), responding to demand letters, supporting single-plaintiff litigation, and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of employment law experience in a law firm setting.
• Active bar membership in FL, KY, TX, CA, AZ, NY, or NJ.
• Ability to manage cases independently, including drafting pleadings and discovery.

Eligibility:

• 5-7+ years of employment law experience in a law firm setting (candidates with primarily in-house or government experience will not be considered).
• Prior experience handling employer-side (defense) employment matters.
• Ability to manage cases independently, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and supporting matters through resolution.
• Active bar membership in at least one of the following states: Florida, Kentucky, Texas, California, Arizona, New York, or New Jersey.

Salary/Remuneration: $135,000 - $170,000 base salary + up to 10% bonus, unlimited PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid parental leave).
