Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a remote Labor & Employment Attorney. You will consult with Fortune 500 companies on EEOC Charges and represent clients at administrative hearings. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in Employment Law and a Juris Doctor from a reputable Law School. This full-time position offers flexibility with reduced billable hours and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law.
• Experience responding to agency charges at both federal and state levels.
• Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.

Responsibilities

• Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings.
• Consult Fortune 500 companies on EEOC Charges.
• Manage a flexible schedule with reduced billable hours.

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

You will be consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges along with Administrative Hearings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law
• Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 Firm

Responsibilities:

• Experience responding to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
• Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.
• Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
• Fully Remote position
• Flexible schedule with reduced billable hours of 1500-1600
• Unlimited PTO
