Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a remote LF&G Sales Specialist to grow genomics and lab filtration portfolios in the designated territory. You will develop relationships, forecast pipeline, and support Account Managers to drive revenue growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Life Sciences, 4+ years in biotech sales or related fields, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will work with Salesforce and other Cytiva tools in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

• Develop strong business relationships with customers by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions.
• Meet or exceed the business objectives related to Lab Filtration and Genomics product portfolio, including developing new markets and targeting segments.
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.
• Proven account management and project planning skills.
• High-level presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships with customers by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions.
• Meet or exceed the business objectives related to Lab Filtration and Genomics product portfolio.
• Train and assist Account Managers to be proficient within the Lab Filtration and Genomics portfolio.
• Build business strategies in assigned territory and collaborate with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners.
• Forecast pipeline and sales funnel using Salesforce.
