Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a remote Lab Filtration and Genomics Sales Specialist to drive growth in the genomics and lab filtration portfolios. You will partner with the Account Manager team to showcase Cytiva capabilities and expand new and recurring business across designated territory.

Minimum 4+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles is needed, with strong relationship-building, presentation, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geographic territory
• 4+ years of commercial experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences sales or related roles
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
• Proven account management and project planning skills
• High-level presentation skills: able to present complex ideas to customers clearly
• Self-motivated, a team player, and well-organized
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships with customers by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Attain or exceed the business objectives related to Genomics and Lab Filtration product portfolio across territory.
• Work with the Cytiva Account Manager team to demonstrate capabilities across portfolio.
• Train and assist the Account Managers to be proficient within the Lab Filtration and Genomics portfolio.
• Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to grow revenue.
• Be accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales funnel using Salesforce.com.
