Hone Health is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to own patient care team training from day one, ramp to full pace, and drive continuous learning. You’ll shape the program, work with Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, and QA, and scale training as the company grows while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on designing and delivering training for a fast-paced telemedicine environment, with potential to expand into company-wide initiatives and team leadership as Hone scales.

Qualifications

• Own a training program end to end from strategy through delivery.
• Design training for high-volume care teams, healthcare or telemedicine preferred.
• Use data from quality and performance metrics to close gaps.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Familiar with learning tools and content updates.

Responsabilités

• Own the care team training program end to end: strategy, build, deliver, and improve.
• Track ramp for new hires to identify who is on track and where gaps are.
• Use audits and feedback to identify training gaps and close them.
• Keep content current as treatments and workflows change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, QA) to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure training is ready to run when the business needs a class.
