WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Field Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver targeted training programs for diverse roles across its field operations.

This role blends content creation with live facilitation and administrative support, emphasizing collaboration with field leaders to ensure impactful learning aligned with business goals. Remote flexibility across states is offered, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development (L&D), and training facilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
• Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet; proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content using multiple modalities (video, in-person, live virtual, web-based).
• Facilitate VILT sessions (DOT BAT, DOT guidelines, OSHA compliance, QA, etc.) across markets.
• Provide administrative support: manage project plans, track training records, and coordinate logistics for learning events.
