Hone is an online medical clinic focused on longevity and transforming healthcare. The role leads the care team training program end to end, ensuring ramp and content remains current as practices evolve.

You will leverage quality data and manager feedback to close gaps, track new hires, and partner with Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, and QA to keep training accurate in a remote-first, equity-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an end-to-end training program.
• Experience designing and running training for high-volume care teams or support teams.
• Ability to use performance or quality data to measure training effectiveness.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the care team training program end to end, from strategy through delivery and improvement.
• Track how each new hire is ramping and identify who is on track and where gaps are.
• Use quality audits, performance data, and manager feedback to find and close training gaps.
• Keep training current as treatments, services, and workflows change.
• Work with Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, and QA to keep content accurate.
• Make sure training is ready to run when the business needs a class.
