Hone is a fully remote-first online medical clinic focused on transforming healthcare and longevity through science. We are seeking a driven trainer to own end-to-end care team training, setting strategy, and delivering new hire programs.

You will track ramp progress, audit performance data, and collaborate with QA and Pharmacy Ops to keep content accurate and current, enabling high-quality care. This role offers equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end training programs from strategy to delivery.
• Design training for high-volume care teams, preferably healthcare.
• Proactive and self-driven; able to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Own care team training end-to-end, setting strategy and delivering new hire training.
• Track ramp progress, use quality audits and data to close gaps.
• Build and deliver training with practice and assessments, continuously improving.
• Collaborate with care team leaders, QA, and Pharmacy Ops to maintain content accuracy.
