Hone is a fully remote-first online medical clinic focused on transforming healthcare and longevity through science. We are seeking a driven trainer to own end-to-end care team training, setting strategy, and delivering new hire programs.

You will track ramp progress, audit performance data, and collaborate with QA and Pharmacy Ops to keep content accurate and current, enabling high-quality care. This role offers equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.
