Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Education & Provider Training to scale training across a growing provider network focused on longevity care. The role designs onboarding and ongoing education, collaborates with the Medical Director, and translates new protocols into practical training for clinicians.

The ideal candidate is an education-focused clinician (MD/DO/PA/NP) with 5+ years in longevity medicine, excellent communication skills, and a track record in curriculum development and

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/clinical degree (MD, DO, PA, or NP) with 5+ years of longevity-based care experience.
• Healthcare education/training experience preferred, ideally telemedicine.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch a provider onboarding and continuing education program using video, text, interactive, and live formats.
• Partner with Hone’s Medical Director and leadership to translate new protocols into training.
• Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules; refine based on feedback and data.
• Conduct needs assessments across the provider network to identify training gaps and priorities.
• Track training completion and provider competency; report outcomes to leadership.
